...but tonight I’ve given it another effort. I ran about 3 miles in a little over 30 minutes and probably shouldn’t have timed it because a 10 minute mile makes me feel horribly out of shape. Hopefully in the next few months i’ll get that down significantly. Maybe timing myself was good after all, as it has me feeling disappointed enough to work harder at this.
