About to finish the Fs. Man this is taking a while.

David Bowie, Duran Duran, Bob Dylan. Yeah, I’m not consistent with first names/last names.

Christian Death, Crucifucks, Cypress Hill, etc.

Bauhaus, Blondie, Brahms, Buddy Holly, etc. in the can.

Okay, I blew this off for a while because I was working on other projects. But now I have some downtime, so I bought the mp3 splitter/joiner, and I’m gonna get back to fixing my uploaded tapes.

So, I’ve downloaded some shareware, and now I’m working to fix up the bad breaks between tracks. Can I finish this before the 10 day trial period is up? Doubtful. But it’s only $9.95

Finished uploading the tapes today. Of course, the tracks still need to be labeled and correctly divided. But first—the LPs!

We’ve actually started uploading tapes! And vinyl too! The freeware I referenced in the previous entry seems to be working out quite well. It’s kind of a pain in the ass, but definitely better than trying to replace all our tapes with cds/mp3/etc.

God willing, all our music will be in one (highly portable) place by the end of summer.

and we got the 300G hard drive, so that’s all set. Now we just have to get all our tapes and vinyl uploaded… that’s prolly gonna take a while, but I think we’re making good progress.
