In 1970, I took a draft physical, and my blood pressure was so low the doctor made me go to the end of the line because I was holding things up. When they finally did read my blood pressure, the doctor said “You’ll live to be 103 with that kind of blood pressure. . . . if you don’t kick the bucket first.” I have been planning for that ever since. When the odds are in your favor, it helps if you don’t do foolish things to alter the odds.
