i have been doing a quick 5 minute yogo break midday and it is really rejuvenating

i think i am going to spend 20 minutes just breathing when i get home today
put on some peaceful music and light some green tea incense and just let it all out
went to an amazing yoga class tonight and i think i floated on my way home…it was just what i needed to clear the mind and strengthen the body
took some time and just focused on breathing and it was great, i would like to do this for fifteen minutes a day
i went running on saturday after i did all of my chores and i had a really good time…the pace was good and the temp was good too…i felt like i entered that meditative space while i was jogging along and nothing hurt afterwards which is always nice
today is also a running day
must remember to stretch well
after spending the day visiting everyone and eating and drinking it was really nice to just be in a quiet space at home sipping some herbal tea to help me doze off…in a way i was meditating and reflecting on the day
i feel like i am meditating when i am on my bike
i went for a ride last night because i knew there would be very little traffic and i could barely hear my bike because of the simple transmission and new chain
very peaceful ride
very fast ride
i have not been doing this lately but i am aware of my breathing when i run and riding my bike in the morning feels zen like
i will do this tonight even its for 15 minutes
CLARIFY
i am going to sit right down in the studio in the middle of the room and concentrate on breathing and counting for a half of an hour
this will help me transition from whatever else was going on into making images
