don’t want to get terribly optimistic considering my history on this one, but Whoa Sleeping Regularly is Kinda Cool.

I’m pretty sure that it’s a combination of
– Decreases in global stress base-line
– Massive changes to my caffeine/alcohol/nicotine intake
– Potentially disastrous on-call duty one week a month
– Getting rid of cable
