Okay so I should really start getting on this. I’ve been smoking for about a year now, but it never really got that serious until the beginning of September and currently up to about half a pack a day, sometimes a little more.
My goal is to try and ween myself away from this. Yesterday I only smoked 8 cigarettes, and today 7. I’m gonna stick with 7 a day for a little while, a week at the most, and gradual decrease the number of cigarettes smoked per day.
Is that a good start? Does anyone have any ideas to help me?
