As I don’t like posting questions out there. But I have major love handles and back fat (I bet I get diabetes, I just bet) and I don’t know what the hell to do to get rid of them. HALP??!! In terms of exercise, I do my bit. I’m not overweight but the only way I think to get rid of them is to lose weight. Not cool. The last thing I need to do is lose weight, to be honest (hello relapse).
I have been pondering a stoopid idea for ages now. Here it is: lose a fair bit of weight and then put it back on again whilst doing crazy amounts of exercise and pray to anyone and everyone that it doesn’t just go straight back to my sides/back and does in fact increase my muscle mass. Yeah I said it was stupid.
I don’t know. It’s just really unsightly. I’m pretty sure the change in my body comp (not in weight) is due to a med I was on once upon a time. My weight is pretty much the same as it was before the med (which was ages ago) but my body did change shape and refuses to change back godamn it!!!! Also, I can’t deny that the damn eating disorderness has done it’s bit to contribute to my deformed body.
Ack. Is losing weight the only way to get rid of those dodgy bits?
