Just completed a guided meditation, gonna aim to meditate weekly from now on and see how it goes
I have not yet restarted, but I will not give up

I have found that I can meditate comfortably for 20 minutes a day, it helps with stresses.
I have since been on holiday and broke the good habit I had got into. I need to start this process again ASAP
After just two days practice of meditation (badly), I notice the difference that my pulse rate dropped signicantly today after 20 mins med. This is quite a positive change I am making so far.
Unfortunately I do not think that this is making me more spiritual, just helping me to deal with stress at this stage.
