I have been hooping for 30 mins plus a day for 6 weeks now…there aren’t any classes in my area but I have a DVD that I will get started on soon. I’m comfortable with hooping around my waist and hips now and am getting more comfortable moving around while I’m doing it. Haven’t learnt any tricks yet but I’m sure I’ll get there. I am happy and surprised that I’m not bored yet! Other forms of individual exercise I’ve done in the past, like going to the gym, have bored me long before the 6 week mark.
