I’m getting there! I stopped having sugar with my coffee a few months ago and have since cut down to 1-2 coffees with milk in the morning and instead of coffee I have green tea for the rest of the day. The coffee is the hardest part because I don’t like black coffee. I’ve had a few slip ups along the way. Its the middle of winter here and I ate the ultimate winter comfort food one night last week, 2 pieces of bread with stew for dinner. I am fully intending on getting back on track from today onwards.
