Check out this amazing 93-year-old yoga teacher. First, her strength and flexibility is incredible. Some of those poses are not accessible to me today. (She is also a dancer.)
But also… is she beautiful, or what? :)

I may not ever be 93, and I may not maintain my health in order to continue with advanced yoga poses at an advanced age – in fact, I’m not really sure this is something everyone should aspire to! – but I hope I maintain a sense of joy and grace.

Ever notice how older yoginis are usually beautiful? Regardless of how their physical appearance is, they have that beautiful glow coming from the inside out. At kirtan last night, I saw the most beautiful people. I think as they got older, they learned to love more and more and more and that just radiates out from them.

I am convinced the key to this is to love myself as I age. Not to try to look different or younger, but to grow into the full beauty of each year of my life. And to grow my spirit more and more so that it shines through more strongly the older I get.

based on this discussion and others on this site.
It is not really one of those measurable/ achievable goals, but I would like to have it on the list to remind myself. So far, I would say that I feel more beautiful with each year of my life, so as an old lady I should be so stunning that you won’t be able to look straight at me without burning your retinas. ;-)
EDIT: almost forgot! Thanks to ahaikunhoney, mahinui, Tiisi, and others for the inspiration!
