...as in file a police report. This is because of the incident. Now I need to send everything back to my bank and hope they’ll refund me the money.
I feel good, even though life is pretty crappy at the moment. At least I’ve done what I can, it’s out of my hands now. I need to just wait and see.

Tried out a “new” (new to me, that is) cafĂ© with two friends, very international ambience and a very classy place – and thus rather expensive. It didn’t matter much though, as the salad was delicious and the service appropriate. Still, I can’t see myself going there often, it was a bit too pricey a place for me. Then again, the whole place is directed more at international tourists and people who think of themselves as high-class, nothing wrong with that.
I also just finished writing down some of the museums located in Helsinki that I want to visit. For quite some time now I’ve wanted to become more culturally active and start going to exhibitions and concerts and theatre plays etc. Now that I have some places written down with their addresses and opening hours and directions how to get there, I have no reason not to go. :) I just wish it was spring already, all this snow and slush and coldness and darkness make me miserable, I don’t really feel like leaving my apartment unless I have to. Where are you, spring!

Disco Silencio
I should be studying right now, but this is too good to pass without writing something down! I happened to notice in a newspaper that a Silent Disco concept is coming to Finland as well, and I can’t even begin to describe just how excited I am over this! Disco Silencio’s first ever tour in Finland starts today from LUX nightclub in Helsinki (I’d so be there if I didn’t have an exam tomorrow morning, boo), tours around Finland and ends in Royal Onnela in Helsinki on November 30th (and there I will be, I just can’t miss it). The concept sounds just fabulous, and I can’t wait to experience it myself!

I’m not sure how well it can be seen from that picture, but yesterday I got myself partial hair extensions. ♥ I got tired of my hair length and since I really want long hair now (it has been years since my hair has been over shoulder-length), I had to do something. I would have gotten full extensions but the hair on the back of my head is too short to do that yet. Not that I really care, I absolutely adore this style and at least I have partially longer hair now. ♥♥
When it’s possible, I’m definitely going to get full extensions, I’m hooked and I’ve only had these extensions for a day! Aaahh, I love them. ♥

I’ve been meaning to write about this for ages (well, a couple of weeks, to be more accurate :D) but never got around doing anything until now. So, say, three weeks ago I dyed my hair for the first time all by myself. Yup, completely without help. It was an impulsive decision, I just though my current hair colour had faded too much and decided to see how red would suit me, so I bought a bottle of red hair colour, went home and started dyeing, just like that. I was a bit sceptic at first but in the end everything went fine and the colour looked even enough for me. :D
A week ago or so I dyed my hair again, red fades so quickly (:/), this time with a bit darker red. I had to buy that shade, its name being Pure Scarlet Power, just couldn’t resist it. :D
(That picture was taken a couple of days after I had dyed my hair for the first time, it’s not as orange as it looks on the pic, I swear :D)

This is really random, but I just have to write about this. I’ve never liked any kind of beer, the taste has always been a total turn-off for me. Then, a couple of weeks ago I was introduced to Hoegaarden, and my first impression was that “hey, this doesn’t taste half bad at all!” :D I was encouraged enough by this and decided to try other kinds of beers, too, and hey, beer really doesn’t taste that bad after all.
...why do I have a feeling I talk about alcohol and drinks way too much? I do do other stuff as well, it’s not all about drinking, I swear. :P

I saw two of my friends over lunch yesterday and besides a yummy mozzarella salad I had one frozen strawberry margarita and a mojito. Both were very drinkable (then again, I’ll drink almost anything with alcohol in it :P), but I really preferred the mojito. I used to love tequila but after… an incident, I’ve stayed away from it for a really long time, so I guess that’s why it was so weird to drink it again, I need to get used to its taste again. :) The mojito, on the other hand, was really tasty and refreshing in a way, even though my friend said it tasted like grass(!).

Red wine and Pepsi Max – a killer combo I tell you. :D If you don’t like red wine, then this is the way to get used to the taste (or simply just a way to get it down quicker :P). The only downside (if you want to call it that) is that you don’t really notice the amount of wine you’re consuming – I actually drank the whole bottle during the evening because my friend was being so stubborn and kept saying how she didn’t like red wine at all. :D Well, it’s obvious where that led, I was drunk on a Monday evening, yay. :P I actually had tons of fun though, but still, how irresponsible can you get, especially since I should be studying for my University entrance exams? Ah well. No regrets, no. :P

If I can go to the movies alone, why couldn’t I go to a concert by myself as well? I guess it always felt too unconventional, though I tend to forget people around me when I concentrate on live music, so why not…
And I did it! I just got back from my very first concert to which I went all alone. At first I was a bit nervous and since it was my first time at Tavastia I was a bit lost at first. In the end it was awesome, though, I was able to fully concentrate on the music, listen, sing, dance (or in my case, more like sway), live the music. I’m definitely going to do this again (and again and again…), I actually already have a ticket to another concert to which I’ll be going alone, can’t wait!

I figured this would be a fun goal to work with (and a never-ending one as well ;)) and since trying new things will broaden your worldview so why not. I will include everything under this goal, from clothes to make-up to food to drinks (:p) to new experiences… you name it, basically. I’m rather excited, to be honest. I just hope I won’t forget this goal after a while (it’s possible!). :D But this should be fun. Really.
