I’ve picked my lips for about as long as I can remember, and I keep carmex handy. I stop picking in summer but I start again as soon as winter comes. I never knew this many people did it, I don’t know why I even started. I also pick when I’m nervous or bored. I want to stop but nothing seems to work, Lipstick makes me want to pick it off and I do. It seems like everyone has nice smooth lips and I look weird. Is there anything that can happen I mean health issues? I know that sounds stupid but I don’t want cracked lips forever.
