and shopped out! Spent hours rummaging through all five of the outdoor specialist shops on high street yday. stressful!

Hiking boots – need to break ‘em in

First aid kit/survival blanket

I ran up and down the stairs at work yday eve in a bid to simulate hill climbing :p today my calf musles have turned in to rocks!
Couldn’t train over the w/e – Met up with the ski group on sat eve which was great but lost sunday nursing the mother of all hangovers

Building up my walk from work in to a walk-run-walk routine plus started 30 mins mat excersice routine at home yesterday. Gotta keep it up. Fingers crossed!
To Pack:
Walking boots,Sport shoes,gaiters?

Wind/water proof jacket and trousers
spare warm clothing (trousers/layers)
