I’m up to 4 to 5 days a week now. It’s not easy to figure out a schedule that’ll work for me, but I have to say that varying the exercise (1 day running, 1 day biking, 1 day weights and elliptical, etc.) really makes a difference. That and my iPod have changed my attitude toward exercise.
