no progress on this goal! It’s hard enough to keep up to date on filing (in some manner) the new teaching materials I acquire every week. It’s clear that work is not my main priority at the moment!

Gah! I’ve got (wait, let me count…) three big and eight enormous folders full of teaching materials and, although the stuff for teaching kids is organised, the stuff for teaching adults (TEFL) only appears to be organised (in the sense of being divided into materials for reading, grammar, writing etc etc). I want to break it all down further into level and/or theme and organise the grammar stuff alphabetically by grammar point. I think this would save me so much extra work trying to find new stuff to put in my lessons when I probably already have loads of relevant stuff lurking in there that I’ve forgotten about.
