Really isn’t that hard, but I’ve been slacking for three weeks now. However not anymore because I tried on my old jeans and both nearly fit! That is to say,for me, this goal is really working. And that’s whilst still eating terribly.(need to work on that)

This week It’s right back down to business!



Half way there 11 months ago

I’ve been achieving this goal half way lately by exercising once a week. However I just cant seem to motivate myself any more than that!
