I would like to do this but I am doing similiar exercises that I would like to try.



Day 11 - Complete

This day was to get you into a mindset for goal setting.



Day 10 - Complete

This was very powerful exercise. It has you take limiting beliefs and their results and see how they affect you in 5,10,20 years. It is pretty eye opening to have to feel this process. Then you change that belief to something positive and project that out on the same timeline. The emotional roller coaster is quite motivating.



Day 9 - Complete

This installment is about what your values and how you define them.



Day 8 - Complete

This installment was based upon focus and gratitude. Getting yourself to focus on the good things in your life and be thankful for them.



Day 5 - Complete

Good stuff about how your body can control the way you feel. You can snap yourself into a good mood by getting excited and putting your body into that state.

Now time for some football.



Day 4

Complete. It is definitely an impressive way of looking into how your brain is wired. For me it has been a good motivational tool to do things and not procrastinate.
