Rarely do I take

any sleep aids for this anymore as I have a newborn. I go to sleep at a set time most times with no tv or pc. I’m usually sleeping before I know it. Can’t say I feel refreshed in the morning but I am learning to operate efficiently on less sleep. Watch out if I get an extra hours here or there.



Update

Been sleeping pretty good. I tend to wake up a few times in the night though, usually to go to the bathroom. I’ll have to look at how to address this. I’m rarely taking anything to fall asleep as well.



Seem to be sleeping better

since dropping the sleeping aids. I will probably take something tonight as Sunday is always difficult to get to sleep. I will not take anything from now on during the week.



Removed more sleeping aids

Tonight I will take 1 melatonin and 1 valerian.

I find that I wake up multiple times now.



Time to drop the sleeping aids

I have always had a difficult time sleeping.

I had been taking 2 valerian pills + 2 melatonin + 1 unisom. I will ween off all of this till I am sleeping naturally.

So far I have dropped the unisom. Next will be 1 Valerian.

I woke up 2/3 times last night but I feel the same as I have all week with sleeping through the night.

I have notice I have slept only 6-6.5 hours and have felt refreshed so I am going to try to go to bed later.
