In an effort to turn “learn spanish” into a more concrete goal, I’m aiming to pass the DELE exam by the end of 2007.
Having taken many years of high school spanish classes in the US, afternoon classes at my workplace in Germany, and Intensive classes in Spain, I can say there is no substitute to being in Spain (or other spanish-speaking land). I learn far faster when I am surrounded by the language, because my curiosity for the language is constantly reawakened whenever I’m walking around town.
So, best way to accomlish this one: book another couple of 2 week intensive classes in Spain.
