Last night I ran 3 km in 17 mins 58 sec! I understand thats really not 10km but i’ve never run more than 10 mins straight. so thats a pretty awesome achievement for me! FURTHERMORE, it used to take me about 8 mins to run a kilometre, but last night my best km was 5 min 50 secs.
So i AM getting somewhere!
FYI, my nike+iPod was the best purchase i ever made.

Ok. so. I’m running a 10 k race, and its in just over a month. I can currently run about 5k’s, which takes about 35 minutes. Soooo, if i can run for like an hour and 15 minutes that should get me there…i have a month! So if i do 3 runs a week thats like 12 runs between now and then..hmm…Yeah i better get cracking.
