I’ve been doing a lot of work lately on a GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology as detailed by David Allen in his book, “Getting Things Done” http://www.davidco.com/index.php. The technique is kind of an art form but basically it involves getting everything out of your head and onto paper so that you can go about your life without those constant, repeating alarms going off, like “Oh, crap, I’ve got a meeting in 10 minutes”, “Man, I need to clean out the garage,” or “How am I ever going to make more money?” I highly recommend the book and if you want to hear David Allen geek out with Merlin Mann, another great GTD enthusiast, check out http://www.43folders.com/podcast/.
