Get a tattoo

I have several ideas for what I want. First I want some characters on my inner forearms. I know what I want them to say, but I’m a bit unsure about what language. Japanese is out, Chinese is possible, Tibetan or Sankrit would be ideal, but where can I find those? I also found a really cool design of a pheonix that might be good somewhere on the lower leg. But the coup de grace is gonna be a big ole dragon like a collar around my neck, shoulders, and upper-back. I gotta look good naked first though.
