I’ve done this from time to time when it suited me; for the most part I prefer other ways of getting in enough exercise. I’ve done it enough to mark it complete though, so that’s what I’ll do.

It becomes clear that I do very little at the weekend, but manage to walk a lot when I go shopping after work (sadly, it means I spend more money than I have, so this should not become a regular tactic).
I averaged 8460 steps per day over 7 days… must try harder.
Today I walked 12,700 steps. That helps make up for also having a rubbish day in my new job.
I walked over 25,000 steps on Monday, which meant that I barely wanted to move on Tuesday. I must get over my ‘all or nothing’ habit!
