Getting started 4 years ago

So embarrassingly, despite joining a large team to help motivate me, I’ve been studiously ignoring this goal. Time to get started I guess.

This morning I was 12st 12lbs. This week I plan to wear my pedometer and walk 10,000 steps every day. Food goals will start next week (maybe), but I’m still hoping to lose a pound or two this week.
