I am wearing the trousers of a suit that I could not wear previously because they were slightly too tight.

Despite going to the gym three times a week and swimming two times on average for fourteen or so weeks. This is a disappointing result. So my mantra is:
Muscle weighs more than fat.
Muscle weighs more than fat.
Muscle weighs more than fat.
