Can you be happy right now?

Changing perspective

I realised I can be happy no matter what.
It’s all in my head. I get nervous, worry about some silly things, but when I meditate and relax, then I can see that nothing really matters. It matters that I am well and my close ones are well. That’s it.
No need for fancy things. Just good organic raw food and sports. Sharing time with my family and friends.
And yes, less internet.
