Hourly reminder

I have set up an hourly reminder on my computer that each hour I need to stretch when I work in office. This then gives me better posture and I am becoming more aware of my posture when I sit. I try to lift up my chest and breath deeply into my stomach. And when I sit I imagine a string pulling up my head. This really helps.
