Each morning before I get out of bed I say to myself – ‘I love myself no matter what’. And then when I shower I sing to me, then I caress my body with some cream or oil. Then I enjoy breakfast and then care this attitude to work. No matter what happens there I try to stay calm and focused. Sometimes it doesn’t work. Then I remember some sunny day when I was outside somewhere in nature and think to myself that this will be the place where I return.
