i am doing pilates on mondays, wednesdays and thursdays regularly and i m walking the stairs up to the 5th floor at least twice a day. oh, and i m walking the dog for an hour a day at the very least.
i’ve been trying to squeeze another pilates session into the weekend as well (my body screams for it), but w-end time is designated for our little family – to have fun, relax and enjoy some quality time.
i’ve been doing pilates for a while now, but i’ve only exercised with discipline for the last 3 weeks. i think i’ll wait for another week before deciding whether that this goal is accomplished.
i DO feel that i got stronger, but my body does not look firm. the dvd says “in time” i’ll have a great looking body. i wonder how long it takes…

i started doing just a few exercises but after only 3 days my body NEEDS exercise and i cannot not do it anymore ;)
i m not at the stage where exercising gives me energy just yet, but i know i m doing something good for my body…

decided to start doing it after arriving to london, since i’m taking long walks with my dog every day up and down this hill near by. although… i might start doing the 8 mins a day to tone my abs…
