So far, all I can do is a PK roll. I’m working on a diving roll, and some vaults. I finally did a turn vault on a 4 foot tall fence. I was excited!! :)

One day I was looking up extreme sports, because I was kind of going through a “phase.” Well, I found “parkour” and I didn’t know what it was, so I looked it up. I watched some videos, and it looked amazing!
The thing I love about it is that it looks so free. Running and getting over every obstacle, like it’s not an obstacle, it’s a challenge. And this will definitely come in handy when there’s an emergency and you need to get help for someone, or you’re running away from someone that means harm for you.
Either way you look at it, it’s completely fascinating!
