Well, I am breastfeeding right now, so drinking is more important than ever. The water tastes bad, even with our filter. I need to get a whole house filter or buy water, but I am drinking it anyway. Hopefully it will turn into a good habit even when I am done breastfeeding.

I was doing so well before, but now, since I’ve been stressed out house hunting, I have completely slipped up. I don’t drink coffee, tea, sodas, or juice, just milk and water. So it isn’t what I drink that I want to change, I just need to drink more. When I am under stress, I get more disorganized, eat less regularly, and don’t drink enough. I definitely see a pattern. Now, if I could just buy the house already….
For me, drinking 64-72oz of water a day would be great. When I do this for 3 months straight, I will say I have succeeded. I would expect it to be a habit by then. Then I can take this off my list.
Well, I have a large bottle and I try to drink it all by the end of the day. I have an alarm on my watch that reminds me to drink water. It is helping. I feel good about it.
