I was doing good with this.... 2 years ago

but somehow I always get side tracked. This week I got a very nasty flu and needless to say it bounced me right off of the eat breakfast every day band wagon. Oh well, back to the beginning again.

I ate a nutri-grain bar. I know it’s probably not the best thing in the world for me, but it is a start!

So I’ve blown this one too! I was eating breakfast pretty regularly and then I fell off the breakfast band wagon. It’s just easier not to eat in the morning. Plus, I’m soooo tired!! Anyway, I’m going to try and start this one again. I’m going grocery shopping tomorrow, so I’m going to stock up on easy breakfast foods. If breakfast is easy or already prepared, I’m much more likely to eat it.

It has been one week since I started eating breakfast every morning. I haven’t missed a day yet. It is starting to become part of my morning routine and I’m actually beginning to be a little bit hungry when I wake up. I’m not munching as much through the day either. I’m well on my way to accomplishing this goal!!

Today was my first day trying to eat breakfast. It’s not as hard as I thought. The problem is I’m not hungry when I wake up, but I managed to choke down a bowl of cereal. I’m going to try to eat a little something every morning from now on. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, or so I’ve heard!

Okay, I’m not a morning person at all. As per my previous goal of waking up earlier each morning. I wake up just in time to get dressed and out the door. My goal is to be able to get up in the morning and eat breakfast. Nothing fancy, maybe a smoothie or a scrambled egg. I will try tomorrow morning. I’ll update my status!!
