Improved  — 2 years ago

I’m by no means perfect, but there’s definitely been an improvement recently. So, I’m marking this as done. However, I reserve the right to re-instate it if I think I need to.

Update  — 2 years ago

I’ve been trying to keep up with my exercises, despite my travel schedule. Tonight, the physio said I had better posture than she did (although I admit I was paying extra attention to my posture – so now I just need to pay extra attention to it all the time!).

I also have to start doing some exercises with a giant beach ball – not an item that I have readily available. Not even a small beach ball, in fact.

Exercises (1-Jan to 7-Jan)  — 2 years ago

I think I even see a difference in me. My balance is definitely a lot better than it was four weeks ago, that’s for sure, and I rarely trip over my own feet now.

Third Physio Appointment  — 2 years ago

Today was the perfect example of why I often feel I’ve gotten through life by bluffing. As you may know, I’ve not been doing so well on keeping up with my exercises due to a combination of illness and lethargy. Today, I went to the physio, and demonstrated some exercises, and was praised for how “much progress I’d made” and how I’d “obviously been putting in the effort”. Urr? I think I might be really good at being really good when I need to be really good, otherwise known as subconscious bluffing. Or maybe she just doesn’t want to be my physio anymore :-)

Anyway, apparently I only need one more appointment at the end of January. As for my insoles, I probably wore them too long today, but they definitely feel like they’re making a difference.
