yeah… I hit my all time high weight this week. I’m starting to worry about the health risks I’ve inherited from my family. It’s time to get back into a healthier lifestyle.

sigh I had a very stressful five months and gained the weight back.
Lost ground over the last four months. Lost control over the sugar, didn’t get enough exercise.
That’s changing though. I’ve been walking every day for the past week and a half and I’m getting ready to start weight training.
Progress!
I can start walking again now that I have my orthodics.
I’m sick, I’m getting orthodics at some point in the near future, and I’m exhausted from allergies.
I’m not gaining weight but I haven’t been losing any either.
And once again I’ve been eating way too much of it.
Wrong direction but not too much so.
Ok. Back down to 171. Now to keep that number falling.
It helps that I’m in treatment for my feet and that I can go out for a walk if I go very slow.
A little bit of progress after a bit of a back slide. I was bad about sugar last week so I’m going to have to work on cutting back again.
Cookies. Oatmeal cookies. I should not be making oatmeal cookies. sigh
