I restarted this goal over the weekend. I did only two sun salutations this morning but at least it’s something.

I’m going to have to replace yoga with shoulder exercises and stuff for my foot pain. I have exercises for my plantar fasciitis (both feet) that I’ll double check with my physical therapist.
In the handout my doctor gave me about my plantar fascia injuries, I have/had the following contributing factors:
- poor shoe support (fixed that a couple of weeks ago)
- sudden weight increase (pregnancy)
- sudden increase in activity level (bedrest then normal activity after birth)
And yep… back to physical therapy for my shoulder. I have a spasmed muscle.
On hiatus until I figure out what’s wrong with my shoulder, get a pumping bra so my wrists don’t ache, and see someone about my feet.
I need to call my doctor.
Tendonitis has nixed yoga the past two days.
I’ve tweaked my routines so that I’m doing yoga in the morning next to my playing baby. This is working a lot better for me.
Five sun salutations, the basic routine, and half of the intermediate routine. I had a pinching muscle in my right shoulder so I had to stop.
I also did the eight minute tummy exercise routine I found in Good Housekeeping.
My joints ached so bad last night that I skipped yoga. My knee was even making it difficult to get up the stairs.
