I started running about a month ago and surprisingly I noticed that it helps my yoga practice too. And since I signed up to run a half marathon coming up in less than two weeks, I have to train consistently and thus practice my yoga more regularly as well. I really fell in love with running, which I’m actually very surprised about since I somehow always imaged I wouldn’t like it. I find that yoga and running definately complement each other.

did yoga with my husband this morning! :) It was great. And we also did a long practice on Saturday. We made a commitment to do it everyday! It sure helps when you have a partner in crime.. :))) it could just very well be my missing link. I have faith in us!! :))))))
