I used to race (about a hundred years ago) but I gave up riding on the road when I got hit by a car. After recovery, I got a mountain bike, and rode single track and carriage trails pretty regularly. But then, well…a lot of stuff happened, and my bike has been sitting in a moderate state of disrepair for a couple of years. So now I’ve been challenged “I’ll get your bike in working order if you’ll ride with me.” Hmmm…I guess it’s time to get back in the saddle.
