- 2 slices of multigrain toast w/peanut butter

Lunch:
- salad w/avocado and greek dressing

Dinner:
- veggie sandwich w/tomato, cucumber, lettuce, cheese, and garlic mayo
- diet coke

Snack:
- hot chocolate

- Indian paneer and dal w/basmati rice
- 1 piece of naan bread

- salad w/avocado, cucumber, tomato, and greek dressing

Dinner:
- 4 buttermilk pancakes w/margarine and maple syrup (haha)

Lunch:
- vegetarian chili
- 2 slices of whole wheat toast w/margarine

Dinner:
- vegetarian sushi

- fruit smoothie (greek yogurt, pineapple juice, frozen fruit)

Dinner:
- vegetarian chili
- 2 slices of rye toast w/margarine

Snack:
- 2 slices of whole wheat toast w/peanut butter
- garlic toast
- salad w/avocado and greek dressing

Brunch:
- 2 cups of coffee w/cream and splenda
- veggie sandwich on whole wheat w/cucumber, tomato, and garlic mayo

Dinner:
- vegetarian chili
- 3 slices of rye toast w/margarine



Saturday, August 4

Brunch:
- coffee w/cream and splenda
- 2 slices rye toast w/peanut butter
- bowl of cherries

Dinner:
- 2 grilled cheese sandwiches on whole wheat
- glass of pineapple juice

Snack:
- salad w/avocado, cucumber, and greek dressing



Friday, August 3

- 4 buttermilk pancakes w/margarine and maple syrup
- glass of orange juice

Dinner:
- veggie burger w/lettuce, tomato, cheese, and garlic mayo
- corn on the cob

Snack:
- pineapple juice
- 3 slices rye toast w/peanut butter

- butternut squash ravioli
- green salad w/vinaigrette

Snack:

- strawberry cheesecake (uh oh!)
- 3 cupcakes (yes… 3!)
- coffee w/cream and sugar

As you can probably guess, I was at a wedding so I ended up eating A LOT of things I normally try to avoid. Boy oh boy were they tasty!
