A book about how to live a long time in good health

Regular sleep was one of the recommendations. The rules are simple

Go to bed at a regular time.
Get up at a regular time.
Good bed might help
Not drinking coffee or similar stimulants before bedtime, or maybe even after noon
Some soft music
Avoid anger before bedtime

The trouble is that a good book or television, even good company can keep you up all night…
