A regular walk

I take a 15 minute daily walk from the house to the rapid transit station. It is a beautiful neighborhood with woods and well tended front yards, which the owners of the homes often plant with flowers. I look at the flowers and plants, but this goal will help me be more systematic about it. We pass so much of life without ever really appreciating it.
Well, actually I would like to include more than 10 leaves. I would like to practially inventory the leaves that I see. Method: pick them, and then get some books on Georgia botany and identify them. Also photograph them.
