Move back to my condo across the street from my health club, get up at 5, be at the club at 530 am, and go through s systematic system of cardiovascular machines, do the morning exercise classes from pillates, step to sculpt, and weights every other day. Get another good trainer that will do testing and stay with him or her once a month for a year. That should do it. I am also thinking about setting up a workour area in my house with equipment (advertised in the wee hours…that stuff is usually good), free weights, a mat and DVD player to exercise along with, especially pillates.
Been there, done that…it worked.
