My doctor and a few gym personnel (including personal trainers) have told me that, even if I reached my goal weight of 135 lbs., I still wouldn’t be in the “healthy” range. They said my BMI would still put me in the overweight category because I’m only 5’4”. They told me I should be 115 lbs. or less!
I don’t think this is possible for me since I’m so large in girth; I’m built like a linebacker! Even when I was skinny I was wide… I weighed 135 lbs. all through high school, and I was decently happy with it. I miss the way I looked before I became this huge 200-lb. blob.
But anyway, I want to lose enough weight to get back to 135 lbs. and keep it off. Maybe then SOMEONE will hit on me, not because of what I can give them, but because they want to get to know me.
