I’ve stopped drinking sodas (for the most part) for a few weeks now. It’s going fairly well— The first day was absolute torture, but each day after that things got better and better. I’ve even lost some weight as a result!
Though, I do have to say that I do still occasionally drink soda. Particularly when I have pizza. But I also have to report that drinking more than one in a day makes my stomach feel bad. (It’s a sign, I think.)
