This year I have been getting back into cooking more and more. I have started cooking for myself. I often freeze extra portions,which are a nice easy meal later on when I am too tired to cook. I have been trying a lot of new recipes, and have found some favorites to add to my “repertoire.” I enjoy cooking again and while I usually fix myself dinner, I definitely fudge on lunch, and mostly eat breakfast out. So, I would like to get to where I am fixing myself healthy meals most every day, three meals a day.

Fix myself delicious meals

I’m in a rut about cooking for myself. I live alone and I want to develop the habit of fixing myself delicious and pleasing meals at home. I cook well – I just need to approach cooking for myself with more consciousness and care.
