I have gained about ten of the forty pounds I lost back. Now rather than be so concerned about weight loss, I am more concerned with getting strong, flexible and toned, and eating a healthy diet. I’ve started using my rebounder/mini-trampoline most everyday, and just in general upping my activity level whenever and however possible. I am trying to walk to downtown (less than a mile away) rather than drive,as well as garden more. Working on the properties can keep me really busy and physically active, and I certainly have plenty of that to do. So, I am making decisions to move whenever possible. Lose the remote and turn off the computer!

Lost nearly forty pounds since September 2005, but that is forty of a total seventy pounds weight loss goal. So I still have 30 more pounds to go. I work out with a trainer twice a week at the gym, mostly with free weights. I’ve done no dieting whatsoever. I find that increasing my activity level is the most effective, and when I am more active I tend to eat much better as well. I’ve just recently decided to up the ante and work on going into the gym four to five times a week. I gone from size 18 jeans to size 14 and am about ready to buy size 12s as these are started to fall off. My goal is to get back down to size 6 or 8 jeans. The last time I weighed 140 I wore size 8 jeans, so I would be very happy with that – I was well-toned and slim, but not thin.
I did weigh 215 in the beginning of August 2005. Been going to the gym and increasing my activity level a lot. Have lost 25 lbs as of Nov. 2005. Want to get back down to 140, which is what I weighte seven years ago.
