I just recorded two awesome videos over the weekend. I recently upgraded my satellite system to HD and there is a channel that carries a lot of shows on foreign travel and scenery.

The two shows over the weekend were both on Greece from the air. There are so many things I want to see there.

It’s on my to-do list for 2011 for my 25th anniversary.

Finding my wifes family 4 years ago

My wife who’s maiden name is Chatas, learned that the family name was originally Tsiatas. Her grandfather came to Oregon from Greece to work on the new railroads in the region.

We have learned that the family was from a town called Tropea.
