It seems that I’ve hit rock bottom last weekend at my all time highest weight in my life. This week I’ve gone to the grocery store and bought healthy foods and I’ve been doing good so far. I even went to the gym yesterday. I’m really hoping that I don’t skrew things up as I really need to lose at least 50lbs. I will be happy to get to 25lbs down but I know I’m setting a path to go in the right direction.
