A couple of days ago, I trimmed my fingernails for the first time ever!
But I still catch myself biting them every now and then. So this is not quite done yet.

I recently realised that I tend to bite my nails when they’re a bit jagged. So I’ve started carrying around an emory board. So far it seems to be working… instead of biting the jagged end of a nail, I now pull out the emory board and use that.
I’ll mark this as done once my fingernails have grown to the point where I need to trim them with scissors or a nail clipper.
Today I found myself with a fingernail in my mouth, but stopped myself biting it.
Now I just need to avoid putting the fingernail in there in the first place.
