as of thursday, I’ve finally lost 10 pounds!!!!!!!! :D Now, I’m gonnatry for 186lbs.

I’m kinda glad, because I Lost the three pounds of fat two days ago, and I haven’t gained a pound since. or lost.



I take that back

I lost 2 pounds, so i’M AT 201. I lost 1 pound in water weight.



Lost 3 pounds!

I just lost 3 pounds last night! I weighed myself in the morning and I was 203, then I weighed myself today, and I was 200! All I did was lose 50 cal. on the elliptical thing, do 200 crunches on my ablounger, and play many rounds of Dance Dance Revaloution with my sis for like 2 hours!

I’m gonna try to lose 10 pounds first instead. ;)



I've made a food chart for myself... Hopefully it will work. I'm starting it tormmorow.

6:00 : Eat breakfast- fiber cereal :’(

around 8:00: have snack- celery w/o the stringy parts

12:30 : Lunch- LEAFY GREENS!!! (salad)+ protein + some veggies.

3:30 : Snack- apple

Exercise for 30+ minutes

6:00 : Dinner- w/e momma’s makin. Then small desert.

HOPEFULLY THIS WILL WORK!!!! :)
